ABOUT ME

10 years ago my fire department was looking for something to purchase for our health and wellness program. Every year we make a couple big purchases from our “kiddie” that we all contribute for amenities around the station. We heard about the benefits of infrared saunas in detoxifying our bodies. I didn’t understand how infrared saunas worked but I used traditional saunas here and there at the gym and felt good after using it. We voted on the purchase and it passed.

After shopping around we decided on a Good Health Saunas four person Signature series. It was installed and we started using it. The first time I used it was just as shift was ending in the morning. I remember later that day I was in a fantastic mood and I was euphoric. I had pristine mental clarity and 0 brain fog. My body felt lighter, thinner, looser and much better than normal. I thought I had taken a drug. I thought back to what I did this morning? Did I have an extra cup of coffee, was there a new supplement I started taking?

No, it was that sauna that I used. I have to try it again. I used it next time I was on shift and I was hooked. I purchased Good Health Saunas three person corner Signature series right after and had it installed at my house. I started using it every single morning. I lost 60lbs, my resting heart rate went from the high 80’s down to the low 50’s which is phenomenal. My borderline hypertension (high blood pressure) dropped to perfect levels. My endurance increased. My skin cleared up and looks great and feels like a newborn baby. My moods became much better every day and my mental clarity is incredible. 10 years later, I have used either my infrared sauna or found a different way to sweat buckers every day. For what these does for me, I will use for the rest of my life thats for sure!
